Talent Seeker needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 90 designs submitted by 28 freelance designers.
Branding an aviation business as a dot com is a crazy idea, but we're doing it. How do you envision "newhelicopters.com" ? We'd love to see it.

newhelicopters.com
We've decided to skip all conventional thought and brand our entire aviation business as a dot com.
See the full website design contest at
http://99designs.com/contests/11852 for detailed information the company, our goals in business and for the site.
We need a logo that is instantly recognizable and memorablerepresenting both the aviation industry and the progressive nature ofmoving such a business to an online venue. It must be clean, simple, professional, easily identifiable, and functional on a multitude of background colors.
Our logowill appear not only online but in print, physical lighted signage onbuildings, renderings in vinyl on aircraft and cars, businesscards, letterhead, and numerous other marketing materials. The logo should be as progressive as the idea and the site concept we've laid out, representing the forward thinking nature of the young 20 somethings (and one old 30 year old guy) at the heart of the business.
Colors, etc, should be in line with what we are seeking in the website contest.
- Progressive unconventional ideas on presenting the "newhelicopters.com" domain name in image form as a logo.
- If you are incorporating an actual helicopter silhouette, shape, etc in your proposed logo please insure it is representative of a Robinson R44 product as that is the primary brand we intend to build our dealership. This is not a required item - knowing that may be one of the ideas submitted I wanted to throw it out there.
- Conventional thought!
