Ayoba-Yo got their new logo design by running a design contest:
South African Recipe Beef products (biltong/droewors/boerewors) Logo/Label Redesign
Check out Ayoba-Yo's Logo design contest…
Biltong. Boerewors. Droëwors. [not required]
Food & Drink
We are a small family company located in Virginia. We make South African Recipe Meat products. "Biltong" (beef jerky) "Droëwors" (dried beef sticks) "Boerewors" (farmer's sausage). www.ayoba-yo.com for more info. Our target audience is: 30% South Africans 70% Americans. We would prefer our logo to concentrate more on the name and the "beef" aspect than on the "South African" aspect.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Oranges (Creativity, adventure and happiness.) Yellows (Energy, intellect, fun and youth.) Reds (Energy, action, passion and love.)
We currently have a label (attached) but we are not completely satisfied with our logo [our name "Ayoba-Yo" with a ribbon] and we're hoping you will be able to help us come up with a different one. Alternately, we think the whole layout of the label might be wrong and we want to put a little more focus on the "beef snack" description part. We also want the logo to work well with social media (ie. look nice as a profile picture). I have attached three pictures, the first one is our logo on one of our labels. The second one is a quick new (poor) design we tried out. The third is our current logo. We are hoping to keep the background and the creme colored boxes on our current label so keep that in mind when designing the label please. We would prefer to keep the font "Africa" (free font available for download) but it not a requirement
