About us

Topographe is a travel and lifestyle blog based around simple, wholehearted living and honoring your adventurous spirit. It will also be the name of a print shop selling fine art photographing prints and potentially home goods as well down the line. The name Topographe is inspired by topographic maps - topography is a fresh way of looking at a landscape - you observe nuance and beauty, and learn more about the geography, because of the new perspective. Topographe applies this same idea to lifestyle and travel - keen observation, seeking the essential + unexpected.

Minimalistic hummingbird logo

Here is one simple yet stunning and unique logo design done for drone photographer with creative edge. Task was not easy, to design a hummingbird, which is already oversued to the bone from logos to tattoos. Like thats not enough, client expressed a wish to have a lens somewhere in design. So, it took me a while, and as it usualy goes with great ideas, this one was hiding in plain sight. Two hummingbirds in simple geometric fashion built from minimalistic lens shape, was right on point and both me and client love it so much. Icon is paired with modern techy lettering with unique feel making the overall design universally appealing :)
