We had a very nice contest in which all designers were actually very involved and good. Solfree's design was voted as the best by the tribal elders and the corporation board. Very good person to deal with, listens to the brief and then interprets that visually. Smooth sailing all the way. This is a designer that is very good to work with.
How Jeanne Johnson started their logo design journey
We are starting a Wind Energy Development Company and plan to put wind farms up all over the US. The word 'Neoga' is the Iroqouis name for the Spirit of the Southern Wind. We chose this as the Iroquois tribe is native to Kansas - the place where we will begin.
We believe the time is right to reduce our dependance on foreign oil and embrace the vibrant, clean, and abundant resource of the wind. Our nation is interested and willing to move ahead with renewable and greener forms of energy.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The company will ultimately be recognized as an energy company presented to investors, landowners, utilities, contractors, engineers, and developers.
We are looking for something simple and expressive.
The wind spirit Neoga has been described as both male and female in gender.
Note that the domain has the numeral zero rather than the letter 'o' at center. We did this intentionally for domain availability and should you use the word in your work, it must be easily recognized as a 'taller' than the letters at left and right, and clearly defined as different within the word.
