Simple powerful logo for chimney sweep

I sweep and inspect fireplace chimneys and dryer vents in southwest Kansas and do repair work. I try very hard to do a quality job and keep the houses clean in the process.

I am changing the name of my business so I think I would like for the name to be 'Southwest Kansas Chimney LLC' with 'sweeping and repair' underneath in maybe slightly smaller letters but I am open to different ideas as far as if sweeping and repair should be part of the name or just underneath but I want it to be part of the logo. And I want a simple design that is black and white with maybe a chimney or roof and chimney. I want the logo to convey professionalism, quality, and simplicity. I don't want a logo that is confusing or too full of non-relevant stuff. I want people at first glance to know that I service chimneys. The logo will be used on vans, trailers, website, social media, and shirts.
