I am an entrepreneur who loves finding solutions for how businesses can communicate with their customers to drive more business and gain customer retention and loyality. Providing customers with relevant information at the right time through the right medium. My first entry into this market was a company I founded called iDriveonline, Inc.
Today the emphasis is on social media and inbound marketing. The old school of outbound media is out - unotifi, LLC will focus on inbound communications and putting the customer in control.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We have two audiences: unotifi sells its services to automotive dealers (phase 2 will include RV and motorcycle dealers). We help dealers manage their customer databases and communication with their customers on their behalf. This includes reminding them when their vehicles are due for maintenance, when they have a scheduled appointment, providing special sales, etc.
Our second audience are customers who buy services from automotive dealers.
The emphasis of our services is putting "U" (the customer) in control of how you would like to be communicated with - hence the name "U" notifi!
Using our integrated communications platform and business intelligence we will be able to communicate with customers through text, email, print, iPhone, personalized web pages, other mobile devices, Face Book, LinkedIn and other social sites. Our communications will be relevant and timely; not your typical sales push. They will be informative.
1. The typeface of the logo should be clear, simple and bold. We want something that stands out and not a fancy scripted font.
2. We like the 99Design logo and can see something similar for Unotifi..but would like different options
3. No Cartoons - we want it to be playful but not cheap or childlike
4. Do not use stock images or art.
Completed logo needs to be provided in .jpg and either .eps/.gif/.tif formats for printing and web.
