"Master the Art of Building Cash Flow" (In Real Estate Rentals) or "Turning Trash Into Cash" (turning a messed up house into profit) or "Making Every Deal A Win-Win Deal" (Win-win meaning for the seller and buyer)
Zack Kepes is a well-known private investor in Arizona. He is one of the largest private investors in the state holding more than 250 single-family homes just in Arizona alone. Flipping more than 4000 properties in his career and is still flipping 10-15 houses per month! He knows how to never lose on a real estate deal and how to always be on top of the market even in the 2008 crash (which he went through). Because of this, he has a lot of knowledge that many want to know about. We have already had 50 students and every single student has at least flipped 1 deal making them on average over 40K on a single deal! We believe in helping others first and giving back to the community. We believe that we can impact many families when they are ready to take this journey and change their lives for generations to come using Cash Flow. So this is a mentorship rather than a course. It is maxed at 50 people per 6 months and we won't take anyone who is not ready. This is very important to us because we are sick of Gurus taking people's money and not showing them how to win in this field. We really want to show that we care but at the same time show that we know what we are doing in the business and we are still very deep in Real Estate even tho we have a mentorship program. We are very passionate about real estate and how it's changed our lives forever and for everyone around us. Because of this, we want to show as many people as possible, how to do it the right way. If you need more info, please feel free to message me.
