In search of a DYNAMIC logo for my computer consulting business

Microsoft Small / Medium business consultant.
Been in business for two years and I need a real logo to help take my business to the next level.

The target is small and medium size businesses, especially laboratories and veterinary clinics. The area of service is Chicago proper and the surrounding suburbs. My potential clients need me to set up and/or troubleshoot/manage their computer hardware and software needs.

I am looking for a logo represent my company - JATAG Solutions, LLC.

I'd like to have the logo incorporate a digital open hand but here are a few things to think about:

The current "logo" that is attached is way too busy and I would like a cleaner image of just the electronic hand or something like that. I would like to keep the color palette in the greens.

1. No Cartoons - not cheap or childlike
2. Technical, but not cold - I want to come across as professional, but not like I don't have a personality.
3. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold...something that stands out.

An example of my previous logo is attached.

The files we will require are:
Print file format - eps or ai
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd if applicable.

Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
