SchoolWise is a national brokerage firm focused on advising private, for-profit school and daycare owners on how to best sell their schools to the larger, national school owners which are often more corporate and institutional. Therefore, our target audience is a combination of local school educators (female) and the more corporate, national school companies that are more "institutional" and "sophisticated". We want a logo that "bridges" the two worlds of local mom & pop with corporate america. It should feel serious and trustworthy and at the same time evoke an approachable, somewhat playful look. We are the Goldman Sachs (refer to their logo) of the school brokerage industry but know our clients are the educators of America and must trust us, not feel too intimidated by us, and know we can take their homegrown school to the national players and represent them in a serious and trustworthy manner. We ourselves are a combination of former school owners with Wall Street experience and therefore we've been in the shoes of both parties.

We're a national brokerage that advises and assists school owners in how to best sell and monetize their business. We have very strong finance backgrounds but also have been the owners of over 40 private, for-profit daycare centers and PreK - 8th grade schools and therefore have sat in the shoes of the local mom_& pop owner of 1-5 schools in suburban America. We are looking to become a school principal's most "trusted advisor" that can assist her and her husband (typical owners are baby boomers that are former educators) in the bridging of their local world as an educator in suburban America with the national, corporate players that have more of a Wall Street backgrounds. We can speak both "languages".
We also want school owners to turn to us for Market Research and critical information about elementary education. We own the trademark Education101 and will be creating, in addition to brokerage advisory services, a
