RSA - The Security Division of EMC (www.rsa.com)

We are RSA – The Security Division of EMC and we are holding an annual technical conference for 400 attendees that include an internal audience made up of our own sales engineers, professional services team, customer support, and technical partners. The technical conference is an annual event that brings everyone together for 3 days to hear from company executives, learn from each other, practice new techniques with hands-on labs, and more. We are looking for a new brand; a logo for our conference. One that can be augmented each year with the year and the current theme or tagline. For example, this year's theme is "Raising The Bar".. so, one possible logo could be "RSA TechFest 2010" with "Raising The Bar" underneath... (please.. don't do this as we are looking for something better than that)

Our audience is made up by our attendees; technical sales engineering, professional service consultants, and other technical teams.

When using the RSA brand name, you must adhere to the branding guide located at rsa.com: http://www.rsa.com/node.aspx?id=1391 (also attached to this brief) The logo will be used on all RSA TechFest materials: PowerPoint Master slides, Hands-on workbooks, email communications, and website. We also plan on monogramming the logo on conference give-a-ways, The monogram and name needs to be easily readable in: 1. Black and white (and inverted in color) 2. Gray scale 3. Full color Do not use fonts that are difficult to read at a glance. The RSA TechFest logo will be posted in areas where visitors will only have a few seconds to view it. The final project must be deliverable as both a Adobe Illustrator vector graphic as well as a Adobe Photoshop graphic. This design will be trademarked so must be unique and not based on any stock graphic, graphic, other logo, etc.
