Rockpoint Finance provides debt to large homebuilders and land developers. We are a very sophisticated business and our clients are very sophisticated. Competitors are Blackstone, Morgan Stanley and Cerberus. Our 'niche" is structured finance products such as mezzanine finance and b notes

- Item 1... Sophisticated
- Item 2....."Rockpoint" must be in Footlight font. Yes, I know it is ugly, but that is what we must work with. No such restriction on Finance.
