Gary of GCS is of few words. His work speaks volumes! He was very attentive to design quality and time. He captured our vision almost immediately. We shared multiple designs from different designers to family and friends to get their opinions and why. Out of over 40 different designs from almost 35 designers, everyone that we shared with chose his work, because it jumped off the page at them. Thanks Gary (and 99designs)! Definitely have confidence to work with this designer again!
How The Roaster Barn started their logo design journey
The Roaster Barn
We are a small coffee roaster located a few miles north of Seattle. We specialize in fair trade, fresh coffee on a micro roaster scale. Freshness sets us apart from the competition. Our coffee roasters are located in a barn, hence the name. We are a small, family run company with the intent to stay true to fresh, great tasting coffee.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are targeting fundraising drives for high schools and sports teams. We also sell our coffee on a retail and wholesale business mostly to small restaurants, espresso stands and individuals.
We want the name to be visible on the logo and incorporate a barn. We are in the pacific northwest area of the United States so trees, water and nature would be good to have as well. I really like the attached Redhook logo as an example. You can use this as a template for designing for the Roaster Barn.
