The New Generation Changing the Face of the Wine Industry in California
Food & Drink
We (The Luxury Marketing Council of San Francisco www.luxesf.com) are a B2B organization representing hundreds of wineries and vineyards in California. Our audience for this program will be marketing, sales and hospitality personnel in hundreds of wineries in the Napa and Sonoma regions of California. This logo will help brand an awards program recognizing up-and-coming operatives in the industry
At its 5th Annual Wineries Boot Camp to be held on Wednesday March 1st 2017 at the Lincoln Theater in Yountville, The Luxury Marketing Council of San Francisco will inaugurate a unique awards program in front of 300+ wine industry marketing, sales and hospitality influentials, representing 150 + Napa and Sonoma wineries. The 2017 Rising Wine Star Awards will acknowledge outstanding Napa and Sonoma wine industry achievers and achievements in the following categories: • Winery of the Year (Based on brand distinction and rising industry buzz) • Winemaker of the Year (An up-and- coming winemaker making a fresh impact) • Wine Marketer of the Year (For new ideas and innovative thinking in wine industry marketing) • The Wine Community Service Award (A wine industry organization or supporter rising to the challenge) • The Winery Hospitality & Guest Relations Award (A winery or winery staff-member who is setting a new standard) The rationale behind The Rising Wine Star awards is to acknowledge wine industry candidates who are building reputations. They stand tall among a select, stellar group of rising stars, and epitomize the new generation changing the face of the wine industry in California, specifically Napa and Sonoma. We at The Luxury Marketing Council believe that performance and success in the making should be recognized. We wish to join with you in identifying and acknowledging up-and-coming industry performers who toil in the Napa and Sonoma wine universe-- with impartiality, and without any fee or other monetary consideration. The selection process is open and equal with respect to age and length of service (i.e., it could be someone aged 65 who came from another industry), size of winery or organization they represent. There will also be an opened-minded approach to the selection process. The criteria will remain flexible to the extent that the awardees will be chosen not solely based on their current reputation and level of success, but more so for the potential that they exhibit as future industry leaders and innovators. A panel of respected industry influentials will make the final selection. Awards will be presented on-stage at the Wineries Boot Camp on Wednesday March 1st 2017 and heavily promoted via wine industry channels.

The Leading 100 List collaborated with designers to refine their ideas

And then… they selected a winner!
Working with winningentry was awesome! They were not only the winner we selected but they were incredibly easy to work with throughout the process. When others would submit one or two ideas winningentry would submit 5 or more. Then went the extra mile in everything they did for us. This was a great experience working with them. And the logo they designed turned out to be something we really wanted to have through this contest. Working with designers can be challenging but they took our input and feedback and made changes until we got what we really wanted. I give them 5 stars for their effort and the experience working with them.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
