The Jam Tree
The Jam tree will be a friendly cosy neighbourhood café/restaurant serving fresh and locally sourced produce with a Modern British slant.
The restaurant will be open 7 days a week with 45 covers and will be informal café during the day and slightly more formal in the evening for a la carte dining.
The area is affluent with a number of boutique and various independent food stores, butchers, fishmongers, deli’s, cheese shops and other foodie related outlets.
Saturday and Sunday will have additional marketing focus on Breakfast and Brunch
“The emphasis being that excellent, tasty, healthy food served in a character filled environment by interesting, polite and impassioned staff for a valued price will engender repeat and new business”.
The restaurant will be marketed to the locals who are very food savvy and will expect the best, at the right price
The area is affluent with a lot of successful young families and individuals. The area is stylish and the imediate locality is a throng of lively bars, restaurants and stylish shops. Think Greenwich Village, New York meets Camden Market, London.
The logo needs to be simple so it can be visible on the shop frontage but also versitile so it can be utilised on the Menus and Corporate Stationary.
The Jam Tree will ultimately be a brand incorporating Deli's, Cafes, Restaurants and Bars with The Jam Tree being the coveral brand.
I want to be able to trademark the words as the logo.
Colourwise I am thinking "Hint of Pink or other splashes of bright colours and possibly linked with Charcoal Grey". The logo needs to appeal to both men and women but do not be restricted to this if your creativity takes you elsewhere.
