Fortuna got the brief after I rewrote it the second time. Almost nailed it from the start. Just needed a couple tweeks and it was spot on.
Fortuna was very polite and even though my requests were only minor, it was no problem. Can't thank him enough.
It was frustrating to watch other designers copy what he was doing and present them as their ideas, that's not designing.

We needed a timeless, classic logo that also evoked a sense of a modern edge for our home interiors and real estate firm. We had many wonderful entries but djohariah nailed it pretty much from the get go. We had easy correspondence with timely responses and ended up with something we absolutely love! One House is a Food and Beverage Management & Operations company.
We are not just managers of spaces or lending a name. We bring our operational acumen to the table and each restaurant is our own. In each of the seven that we have committed to this year, we are the employer.
It combines our passion for serving our guest and the Restaurant Group’s years of experience of successful operations with our international reputation for excellence in service and food.
What hoteliers get is a company capable of running all of the food and beverage for a hotel, developing restaurants tailored to the hotel, the region and the demands of the market. These are not cookie cutter concepts, but true restaurants born of the region and based on our history.
