Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This is for a Marriott hotel restaurant. Target audience covers a wide range. There's an older clientele from the local community (outside of the hotel guests) - average age 55 that primarily visit for lunch. Then the hotel has an 30's/40's age clientele that are in-house corporate travelers. This part of the clientele is the predominant customer for breakfast and dinner Mon-Fri. On the weekend, the hotel hosts families for weddings, sports tournaments, etc.

The restaurant name of Fins is NOT a seafood concept. Since our hotel hosts travelers from all over the world, we wanted to create a concept that celebrates everything Michigan is known for. The two pre-dominate pieces that refer to Fins, are fins from old automobiles (picture attached), as well as referring to the Great Lakes. All of the hotel's Meeting rooms currently bear the names of each of the Great Lakes. The restaurant name of Fins would tie the restaurant space and meeting space together. We are wide open to other name variations if you have ideas that you think would work. No matter which way we go, we'd want FINS to be much more significant than the Kitchen & Bar
