Among all the designers that participated on the brand design, this designer was the one who was most in tune with the feel of the brand and also took the time to create something from the inspiration adn not just replicate it. Very responsive to the needs and changes and also proactive in that she actually visited my website to get a feel for the work and to test out how the logo might look with my work. So pleased!
How Frontline started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Belmont is an exclusive collection of 15 high end townhomes, located in Walnut Grove , Langley, BC, Canada. The site is bordered by Redwood trees and has an abundance of open area/green space. The reason we chose Belmont is after the Belmont Stakes horse race, as Langley is horse capital of Canada, BC. Located within the same vicinity is Belmont park, golf club & school. We do not want to see anything horse related included in this brand ie a logo of a horse.

The Buyers for this site are middle income families, ages 30+, with small children who want more space but cannot afford a single family home. We also feel that we will attract some downsizers as large properties in the area become harder for people to maintain. People who live in Walnut Grove rarely leave the neighbourhood.
The brand needs to be bold, clean and representative of the name Belmont. This design will be used on our signage, brochures, simple website and marketing material for all of our marketing efforts. We do not necessarily need a logo, it can be simply a word mark but are open to both. The following sites have logos that we like: http://www.highpointestates.ca and http://thevillage.parklane.com.
