How Bill H started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
What’s your company slogan?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We need a new logo for our company, based in Europe but serving Europe, North America and parts of Asia. The name of the company is different based on the country, but the visual identity should be similar.
Company name is as follows:
Spain/Spanish = Sin Cigueña (means "without a stork")
UK & US = Sensible Surrogacy
We help childless couples achieve their dreams of parenthood through assisted reproduction and IVF solutions in India and Thailand. We work with world-class clinics and medical professionals in Mumbai and Bangkok to provide services for couples who could not afford the same procedure in the United States (where the costs are many times higher).
Our audience is typically married women looking to start a family, and gay couples who may recently be married and looking to start a family.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Our logo needs to work with a "stork" mascot, but not appear cartoonish or childish. We are a serious medical services business, and provide a deeply personal and vital service to clients. But at the same time, we want to appear friendly and non-corporate. Our goal is for our clients to see us as trustworthy partners in their journey to build a family.
Our current logo was made quite rapidly and can be seen at http://www.sinciguena.com/. We are fond of the Century Gothic font, and we like to work within the current blue/magenta color palette of our current logo (approximately).
The logo should also include space for the website URL.
Also, I would like the flexibility to use the logo with either the text on one line (with image above) or stacked (and image to the left, for a less horizontal layout). This would fit better into current website designs.
