Check out bmelody's Logo design contest…
We are remodeling and rebranding our restaurant at our golf course (Coyote Creek, in Morgan Hill CA). Target audience: golfers, families, weddings & events, and/or anyone that lives in the area and enjoys a meal with a view.
We are still in the final stage of choosing our official name, 12 Mile Station or Madrone Station. Here are the backgrounds for each name. We are open to a logo that goes with one or either name. Thank you! We are not looking for something overly railroad. 12 Mile Station: more info: https://www.coyoteranch.com We have a framed photo of this spot in the clubhouse.) It is linked to the Fisher family who were original Coyote Ranch family. Two railroad rest stops in the coyote valley that ran north to south, parallel to the Monterey Highway. These lodges served as a cattle trail and stage route. In the 1860’s the post office served as a way station for the Overland Mail (later Wells Fargo Express) Madrone Station: A late 1800s historical town and railway stop located in the heart of the Coyote ranch lands. Monterey Road was first paved road in the town of Madrone in 1918. Madrone is also birthplace of the Madrone Rodeo (founded in 1934, backed by 16 local money men. The annual rodeo lasted until 1947. LJ Pinard was the owner of the general store and operator of the US Post Office in Madrone Station. We could offer our own draft beer named after him.
