Die Lewitz ist eine Kulturlandschaft und ein ausgeprägtes europäisches Vogelschutzgebiet, südlich von Schwerin. Die Lewitz ist Namensgeber für die Rösterei. Vielleicht kann das Logo ein Element dieser Landschaftsform enthalten. Und/oder auch eine typische Kaffee-Symbolik. Internetseite der Lewitz: www.die-lewitz.de Weiter unten eine Idee...
