Patrickcd got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Rebranding a wood & leather shop - Need your help!

*Undergoing a re-brand (since the current logo was made by me on my iPad). And I'm not a graphic designer... clearly* Currently MotorStreet Carry Goods, we're rebranding to StolCo Designs. We started as a handmade leather items company and have greatly expanded the handmade (often reclaimed) furniture aspect of the business. The old name doesn't really speak to the company and what we do. The new name is memorable, and is Polish (I'm polish) for table (stol = table). We're based in Colorado (that's the Co part). You can see the currently landing page, www.MotorStreetCarryGoods.com, for an example of what we specialize in. We won't always be in CO, so let's not make that part of the logo. We make furniture for end-users, offices and restaurants. And we still keep stock of leather wallets, watch bands, clutches, etc., along with reclaimed beer tasters, pencil holders and the like. Our target market is the 25 to 40-year-old trendy guy or gal and their friends, who have an appreciation for buying things locally and handmade and not from Ikea. They like things that are classic, rustic and tough. But like them to be nicely done. Words I would use to describe the brand: handcrafted, reclaimed, upcycled, wood, steel, leather, industrial, creative, durable/tough, unique, classic. Here are some logos I like: http://pin.it/xfviPO0 I would like to get leather and wood stamps with the logo that I can put on the items. Just FYI. Don't have to include the 'designs' in the name (if the name is going to be included in the logo at all). Can't wait to see your work!
