We are real estate professionals who understand that potential renters live online and research online and we want to bring their perfect rental property to them with ease by letting them research, view, tour, and rent properties from anywhere. We have decades of experience in the traditional real estate market, and have a full-time staff dedicated to this project's success- we're not just another "dot com"!
We are targeting real estate purchasers (who need a temporary home while their home is built), and renters who would would prefer to rent than own for any reason.
Our brand name candidates are below, please pick one or two and have fun with the design!
Rentastic.com
Rentatastic.com needs to be as vibrant as it sounds. Envisioning a very Web 2.0 approach, the logo could possible have a rich green palette to it with a logo icon enclosed altogether with the text inside a seal of sorts (like a plaque). It could provide for easy integration into print collateral and always allow for the icon and logotype to be kept properly in place.
Kangarent.com
The direction for this brand name option would be to explore various conceptual avenues with a tie-in to the reference of the kangaroo. One concept could be to work the illustration of a kangaroo and her joey in the pouch to be the “K” in Kangarent.com, allowing it to be a both part of the logo in a very sleek, stylish web logo while also being able to stand alone on its own as a versatile brandmark. Open to suggestions on color palette.
Renta.com
As the name is tightly linked to the word ‘rent’, our take on this would be to create a typography-based logo providing a unique or uncommon and easy-to-read font. By applying slight tweaks to the typography, the logo could be displayed in both a flat color version and a more stylized version, with gradients and text treatments to really pop off the page (think Skype’s presentation).
