Summary

A client of mine requires a logo for a new real estate business which is starting up. We need a clean, professional looking logo for "Carstairs Estate Agency".

Tagline: None Required Desired Color Scheme: Leaning towards red/grey/white/black Desired Style: Professional, classic, clean. Open to suggestions and styles. Accepted File Formats: vector format - ai or psd At this stage the client is very open to suggestions and colour schemes. They do like blue/white - however many competitor's logos use this colour scheme so they are equally keen to see something different. Feel free to try to incorporate some sort of picture (e.g. a house/roof) into the logo - however this is NOT required. I will provide feedback on the client's behalf as often as I can. Any questions please ask! We have every intention of picking a winner - however if we are unable to find something we like (despite providing adequate feedback) then we reserve the right to not pick a winner. If we can get a good logo we will be holding more contests for stationary (biz card/letterhead) and maybe a website design. Lastly, thanks for looking!

HVAC equipment
The company owners wanted something that didn't look like every other HVAC equipment sales company. We started with a basic concept of a fire breathing polar bear. The logo has a professional look & feel. Bear is constructed from straight lines depicting an ice / cold environment with an agile, noble, trusted posture. The fire element is constructed with a minimal number of curved lines to accentuate the contrast between hot and cold. Brandmark is accompanied by a modified neutral, yet friendly Grotesque style typeface that includes a Sans, Sans Condensed, Mono, and Serif and has excellent legibility in print, web, and mobile interfaces.
