Re-energize a small real estate brokerage with your great logo design

Real Estate & Mortgage
Kapowich Real Estate is a small real estate brokerage in the Silicon Valley run and managed by Pat Kapowich, a longtime real estate broker in the area. He is currently re-energizing his business and re-branding. This project would be to create a new logo for his brokerage. The current logo doesn’t have the personality and panache that we want it to have. We want the brand to come across as smart and “well-dressed.” We want it to appeal to buyers and sellers in the average range market and also to some degree, the upper end buyers and sellers. Pat is dynamic and sharp and we want that to come through in the branding of the brokerage, which in essence is him. The new logo will be used in a variety of media including yard signs, property flyers, print advertisements, website, business cards, postcards, presentation materials, etc. Some imperatives: • No iconography, i.e. house silhouettes, roof lines, etc., just type treatments. • The current logo is a bright blue. For the new logo we are thinking more navy and gray.
Logo types to explore
Some of Pat’s unique selling propositions for your information: For buyers, Pat’s negotiating skills prove highly successful in situations such as multiple-offers. Shopping for the right property is only the “tip of the iceberg.” Negotiating through the maze of paperwork, personalities, inspections and surprises is critical to protecting the buyer’s interest. For sellers, Pat invests more time and resources in the sale of his listed properties before the FOR SALE sign goes up, than most agents will provide from start to finish. This critical preparation is to ensure that his listings will result in a sale in fewer days on the market, 30-day escrows and the best price, terms and conditions. Most of Pat’s listings sell for more and in less time. His success rate far surpasses average.
