We bring leaders together in a relaxing, lodge environment where they gather face-to-face with experienced purpose-driven leaders who share insights and best practices from their sphere of influence.  There is something special about hearing real-life stories from game-changers who have lived to tell about it!  We have discovered most leaders know WHAT they do and HOW they do it, but few know WHY they do what they do. We value shared experiences and the power of storytelling among peers led by a subject matter expert. We gather in small groups of no more than 20. Interaction and discussion is central to our approach. We frown on lectures and PowerPoint Presentations. We want to learn from real life experiences of people who have lived to tell about it. We believe purpose-driven leaders can change the world. We connect purpose-driven leaders with others who desire to use their influence to impact the world.
