My immediate thoughts on the logo would have LunchBox as the prominent lettering and the letter 'o' represented with a lunchbox image (as seen in the uploaded images). The letters of 'New Orleans' could be more understated and placed below 'Box' for instance if the logo is made horizontal (see uploaded images).
