Harefield PharmacoVigilance provide a service for pharmaceutical companies; they help them satisfy their regulatory obligations in relation to adverse drug reactions. They want a logo based on their initials, HPV, which reflects both their professionalism and their friendly style.

HPV fulfils the legal responsibilities of the client. Key themes: professionalism, reassurance of client, accepting responsibility, mentoring the company, expertise, best in field. HPV are looking for logo which reflects their key themes in the context of pharmaceutical regulatory support based on their three initials "HPV".Â They'd like a logo that would be suitable for use both on their letterhead and their website
