education in cahoots
We are a team of highly experienced educational therapists who provide individualized and focused interventions to students with learning differences. The goal is to promote academic progress while improving self-esteem and inspiring a love of learning! edcahoots believes that the alliance formed between the educational therapist, student, and other significant members of the student’s world – including parents, teachers, doctors, and therapists – creates a supportive learning environment from which students can develop into motivated and competent learners. Working together to help students succeed – education in cahoots! Our audience is private play clients - typically the parents of children of all ages with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The parents are afraid that their child won’t reach his/her full potential, and they come to us looking for support, confidence, and expertise in our ability to help the child develop tools and strategies so he/she can succeed. We also serve many high school and college students. This is a complete rebrand for the company, which I launched ten years ago. You can see my current website and logo at edcahoots.com. I want to move into a more sophisticated and professional space. edcahoots needs to become the leader in the field of educational therapy. We want to be the most trusted, professional, and known educational therapists in the world. I’m looking for a logo or text treatment that shows off our strength and professionalism. I am attracted to sleek and sophisticated designs - something you could imagine on the cover of my book someday. I want it to read experts - not generic tutoring company with grad hats. Or lightbulbs or therapy practice with mandalas and trees. Remember that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, so the parents and clients themselves who will view the logo can be easily overwhelmed by too complicated of visuals. This is an all in project for me. Thank you in advance for your help! I will collaborate and provide feedback along the way. Please note that the word cahoots indicates a partnership. We work with allied professionals in a students world to help the student succeed, but our work also focuses on integrating the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral skills needed for a person to succeed in school and beyond. We are our students partners in their journeys. Thank you for partnering with me on this journey to a brand relaunch! I appreciate your hard work and contributions.
This will start as a logo or text treatment design, as I already have a web developer, but I would love to establish a long term relationship with the winning designer to create all sorts of graphics for my team down the road.
