TRIBE is an acronym that stands for Transition, Renewal, Integration, Becoming, Empowerment. This is a military to civilian transition program for all military services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines). The intent of this program is to transform military service members as servant leaders who continue fulfilling a life of service in society. This program is the intended outcome of all transitioning military service members.
I am looking for something that speaks to the transformation from the soldier that once was into an empowered leader in the community.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
This should reflect the red, white, and blue for the U.S.A with a focus on empowerment, the end state of TRIBE. Please try to incorporate the U.S. Flag (or portions thereof) into the design
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Please incorporate portions of the U.S. Flag - Red, White, Blue/stars and stripes/ into this design.
This program was a winner at the Department of Veterans Affairs Brain Trust in Boston on 17-18 May. I am attaching the trifold handout that showcases the benefits of this program.
We are advocating this program to non-profit organizations and government agencies that support the military and veteran communities in the United States. We are pitching this program to political leaders at the state and national level for inclusion to policy matters.
This process is based on the Hero's Journey (the circle in the attached trifold). While the design doesn't need to include a circle, it must communicate growth and transformation from the warrior into an empowered civilian.
