Very talented... won our contest and this was our second project, specifically requesting this artist / designer - exactly what we wanted and continued to quickly respond to requests and changes when we couldn't make up our minds. Excellent work - will use him again in the future.
How Maris McCrabb started their logo design journey
We are a small software development firm. ARTEMIS is our first product though we have plans to make it into a product line over the next few years. Our mantra is we make software that solves real problems of real people trying to share information with anyone anywhere at anytime in the least expensive manner they can.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our first target is small and medium sized businesses who want the advantages of sophisticated IT solutions but who cannot afford expensive data services platforms or have a large IT department. Folks who use software like Sharepoint but want to get the most out of those packages but require software that is simple to use and reliable.
We require a logo for our product ARTEMIS we can use in a variety ways from an impact movie to our software and marketing brochures. ARTEMIS is an information sharing software that helps people exchange information regardless of where they work or what they due. Human resources can talk to engineers or even graphic artists and each can understand what the other is saying without having to know the others' jargon. Further, ARTEMIS can make this dynamic network of exchanges as efficient as possible. It links users, processes and information reports together throughout a firm or across the firm's suppliers and customers. We need a logo that captures these essential points: information sharing, not just data sharing; optimized information exchanges throughout the firm, its suppliers, and its customers; simple, easy to use; and non-intrusive to existing processes or reports. ARTEMIS comes with a template editor that folks can modify forms as they need; it comes with a database that can be updated as firms require.
