IWC is looking for a simple but unique logo encompassing values that a financial institution, entrusted with stewardship of investor capital, wants its brand to stand for - values such as financial strength, trust, confidence, innovation, experience, expertise, customer focused, diligence.
The logo should include the IWC name as well as a simple graphic or icon.
Initial use of logo will be IWC's web site, but the logo should display well in multiple electronic and print formats.
Designers are free to use their creativity in colour schemes but should stay away from overly loud colors (e.g. flourescent greens, pinks, etc). We do like reds and blues for base colours and yellow, grays, white and black for accents.
Graphic should be bold and stand out from the crowd and should be easily recognizable and associated with our company by the investor market.
There is no requirement for the Graphic to be directly related to real estate. Designers are encouraged to develop a logo that would not only be applicable to the company's current main line of busines (real estate ) but would also be equally appropriate should the firm decide to diversify into other non-real estate asset classes in the future.
