About us
I'm a Psychotherapist and Spiritual Intuitive. I work with women who want assistance with anxiety, stress, and depression. Offering teaching in Empowerment, Spiritual Alignment, & Higher Healing. My look needs to be engaging, slightly spiritual and very colorful reflecting a life worth living filled with color and joy. My business name reflects my primary offering in Mindfulness which helps one learn to quiet the busy mind so one can hear and listen to one's inner voice.
