We need a powerful logo for a minority-owned medical staffing startup

Bonbica is a minority-owned startup staffing agency. We provide temporary and contract-to-hire staffing services to medical facilities such as nursing homes, hospitals, and clinics to ensure they have coverage of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other medical staff necessary to keep these critical facilities in operation.

Regarding color: We want the logo to be blue, eventually we will select a yellow to serve as a secondary color but right now we want logos that have a primary blue and then darker/lighter shades where necessary for contrast.

Update: We have removed the stethoscope clipart example. We do not want to limit your creativity and we've seen many treatments of that particular concept. However we still want logo submissions to be connected to healthcare as well as incorporate 'Bonbica' in some fashion. However the logo also must be able to stand alone separate from the wordmark when the context calls for it. The wordmark is completely optional, we are able and willing to develop that separately. If you do include a wordmark we prefer 'Bonbica' as a primary word, with 'Healthcare Staffing' as an optional secondary mark. The logo will be used on business cards, online, invoices, and ID badges. For this reason faux-3d, pressed-metal textures, etc. should be avoided unless they can be correctly reproduced in each of these mediums. We also tend to dislike gradients. Some submissions have included mock-ups of how the logo can look in various situations: we are judging the logo and will not grade down based on these supplemental treatments.
