MTP Drivetrain Services, LLC is a HUB-zone, small business established in 2003 and operating in Many, Louisiana with a relatively short but successful history of providing quality support (parts and services) to the US Military. MTP rebuilds drivetrain assemblies for military land vehicles. The rebuild includes engines, transmissions, transfer cases, driveshafts, axles, differentials, and suspension components. We have rebuilt the following products: Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, AM General, Allison, Arvinmeritor, and Osh-Kosh. MTP receives these assemblies in non-working condition, completely tear the assemblies down and then rebuild them to like-new condition. As we expand our target customer base, we want to avoid our image being tied only to the military market. MTP stands for "Motors, Transmissions and Propulsion components". Our goal is to be the supplier of choice of quality products and services for transportation systems in the commercial and defense industry. We offer our customers a warranty and have very few returns. We also place technicians out in the field with our customers to assist them in keeping their trucks running, whether the truck has our drivetrain in it or that of a competitor. Our great service sets us apart from the competition.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our primary audience is military organizations such as the US Army and US Marine Corps but also all soldiers including foreign militaries, As for the commercial markets, we are targeting heavy truck industries such as logging, oil field, forestry, mining, and snow clearing. Our customers are blue collar people who do what it takes to get the job done just like we do.
Visit our website at http://www.mtpdrivetrain.com to learn more about us. We plan to completely revamp that site soon. I have attached images of our products and a sticker we currently place on all outgoing products. Please be creative. Our thoughts were to have a logo that depicts power and motion. Possible color schemes could be something using green, gold, and purple to tie us to Louisiana or subdued green or tan to tie us to our military customers but please do not limit yourself to these ideas. Feel free to just design a standalone logo, a logo with just "MTP", with "MTP Drivetrain", or our full name in it. Please keep in mind that your design will be incorporated into our corporate identity/brand and will be included in the following: Business cards, Envelopes, Letterhead, Mailing labels, Email templates & signatures, Fax covers, Proposal/quote templates, Invoices/statements, Memos, Signage and Promotional items so it needs to look good in color and black/white. We will need the final file in a .jpg or other web file format. Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
I will review submissions often and comment. This is an exciting time for us and we look forward to seeing your dynamic, professional, and creative ideas.
