PostgreSQL is looking for artwork to go with its next major software release, which will be version 14. We are looking for a fresh design, something different than previously used artwork, that can be applied to multiple mediums, such as: * posters * t-shirt * brochures * stickers * challenge coins Given the range of sizes, we are hoping for a design that can be used as a whole on larger mediums (i.e. poster) or in parts on smaller mediums (i.e. stickers, coins). We are looking for designs that incorporate: * elephant(s) * homonym(s) of popular database terminology * symbolism that incorporates the number 14 (optional) For example, a "B-Tree" is a commonly used data structure in databases, but visualizing that is not as important as knowing that it sounds like a "bee" (insect) and "tree" (plant). A design that incorporates bees and trees is an example of what we are looking for. Here is a list of common database terms, but this is not a comprehensive list: * Bag * Blob * Cloud * Cube * Drill down * Forms * Graph * Grid * Index (B-Tree, Hash) * Keys * Logs * Pools * Snowflake * Stars * Table * Warehouse PostgreSQL has an official logo, but it is not required to be incorporated into the artwork. https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Logo Examples of previous artwork are online: https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Artwork
