PoochPal
We are a London based company called "PoochPal" and are creating an airbnb like service offering for dog owners. We are closing the gap between the dog owners who hate putting their dogs in a kennel and the people who would love to have a dog, but can only afford to do so part time. The beneficiary and central focus point is the dog, who gets taken care of with individual attention in a home away from home and because they can't speak for themselves, we implement safety and assurance systems like background checks, gps tracking systems and doggy diaries to show the dog owner that his dog is doing ok at all times.
We have a couple competitors around the world, but like the logos of the following companies.
http://www.rover.com
http://www.dogvacay.com
http://www.mydogbuddy.com
We would be happy if our logo just contains the name of the company, but innovative ideas that show connections to doggies (pooch) and their friend (pal) in a simple but cool look are most welcome. (like the logo from http://www.dogvacay.com)
We would like to have a design that communicates happiness but is also has to look professional, fun and recognizable. We like the colors light blue, azur etc, as well as lilac, but we would love to see various color suggestions that makes people feel good and can be connected to dogs and nature, but do not want to be copycats (so we can't use the green from http://www.rover.com)
We would also very much like a logo that can be represented throughout the website and maybe even adapted in regards to category. As an example please refer to the following website. http://www.imagineadv.ru which has an official logo from a brain (the mind), but as it is made up of puzzle pieces it is rearranged in other section to different images (arrows, hearts etc). Maybe we can achieve this by using dog paws.
You are the experts, so have some fun with this brief and we are ready to be impressed. Good luck!!!
PS: The added files are just additional info and a few fonts we came across and liked, but certainly don't have to be the final product.
