I am a life coach who is helping clients to create a life that they desire by exploring their beliefs, values and fears. Whole person coaching incorporates all aspects of a person social, emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual. It also recognizes that when someone wants to make changes in one area of their life, it affects all areas of their life. Coaching also focuses on the client being the expert in their lives so the process is about creating a relationship where the client can safely explore themselves and can start really listening to their intuition and empower the to become the masters of their lives. The key clients I would be attracting are people who want to make changes in their lives as they are feeling unfulfilled or stuck. Words that would be associated with my clients would be change and growth, finding your passion, fulfillment, living authentically, building a plan that excites you and brings you joy.
