What’s your company slogan?
Twincats For a Cause
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Logo for teenagers (currently 8th grade) to use with platform for raising money for charities. They are twins, boy and girl. Will be used on various projects that they do, like a bake sale that raises money for charity. Use on signage, shirts, etc. The use of "cats" is from their school, the Ashland Tomcats. THE MASCOT IS "TOMCAT" BUT WE DO NOT WANT A CAT IN THE DESIGN. A paw print would be fine. Different organizations will use the "____cats" as their name. The wrestlers are the "matcats"; baseball players are the "batcats"; the mother's group is called "momcats", etc. The school uses a cat paw print (like the University of Kentucky) as the symbol and an athletic "A". (Not an actual cat.) I would like to use the school colors (maroon, gray, white, black) to carry along with this theme. The maroon has alot of blue in it, like a wine/burgundy. The twins are in 8th grade now, but this would carry over with them to high school. So, the target market is for all ages, but it needs to look contemporary but still classic. Not too busy.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

The word "Twincats" can just be incorporated into the slogan. It does not have to be the logo and in the slogan. Like the "Feed the Beast" logo. One of the designers did the positive/negative of the cats, and I like the positive/negative because the twins are boys/girls. (but we do not want cats)
I really like the Feed the Beast sample. it is youthful, simple, contemporary.
