Food is my passion, my obsession and now my medicine.
Food & Drink
I have created a blog about a wholefood, plant-based nutrition that showcases recipes, some articles and my personal journey of taking responsibility for my own health. My aim is to share how plant-based food can be delicious, quick, easy and cheap whilst helping you fight chronic diseases and obtain optimum performance from your body. My target audience is anyone with an interest in healthy food, combating chronic diseases and who wants to take responsibility for their health. It might be a battle against cancer, reducing cholesterol, wanting to reverse heart disease or just doing as much as possible to disease-proof your body and lose a few pounds of excess weight. My long-term aim is to write a plant-based diet and recipe book and cookery DVD, as well as provide a range of delicious plant-based foods such as soups and salad dressings. My blog can be found by googling Planalicious or here: http://wp.me/P3EfqD-1 I saw the clockwork trees logo (uploaded below) - which i really liked and thought of something similar as a person, all the cogs working well, due to healthy plant-based nutrition. PS - The Slogan (above) is optional, but could be added if it helps convey what i am doing.
Logo types to explore
I am very open-minded. I think that plant-based nutrition is a complex subject so i want to have something that appeals and is simple and easy to understand. I am not giving medical advice, this is all about food as medicine, so would like to avoid pharmaceutical looking logos.
