Who are you known as?
Higgins Law Firm, PLLC
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This is a small, solo practice law firm that represents people, not companies. We primarily handle employment discrimination. Employment discrimination cases make up approximately 65% of the practice. We handle personal injury clients. The personal injury practice equates to about 25% of the practice. We also handle a small amount of criminal defense cases (10% of practice). Because of the nature of the employment discrimination practice, we primarily target women between the ages of 18-50. We also target persons of color (of all ages) in this area of practice. As it relates to the personal injury practice, we target people have been injured through no fault of their own.
