How Parer Photography started their logo design journey
I am after a funky stylish logo for my national photography buisness. I really like the generation x and y concept. I like loads of eye catching colour so dont be shy. Something that looks very different and captivating. I am a freelance photographer and have a family history of famous photographers in my family. You can google Damien Parer (WWII Photographer) and David Parer (Natural hostory). You could entwine some WWII and Galapagos imagery also but will have to have a creative touch.I worked and lived in the Galapagos with my uncle David and learnt the love of photography there. I also like swirls, bubbles, flowers, bugs (Bug is my nickname). I would like the logo to represent my passion, fun, artistic flare and professional approach to my photography.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I am after a new look and feel logo so I can brand my image. I will also be using this image on my new website, email, buisness cards, stationary and everything else to boot! A watermark could be interesting also.
Stylish, funky, flare, eye catching, colourful, a logo which reflects something out of the box or left field when you think of photography. A lgo which represents all forms of photography and leaning more towards the corporate look feel (but with a little cheek!
Not sure, but nothing too overpowering or busy. Simple, stylish, colourful and distinctly different.
