Kurawa produced an amazing design for us and was amazingly responsive to feedback!
From the jump, Mirna's design was the top contender. Based on our brief she managed to capture exactly what we were going for with our logo. Compared to the other designers putting in submissions, she was quick to respond to every suggestion and request, making revisions time after time to our specs, and producing an incredible finished product in the end. Highly recommend her as a designer!

We serve the general public, from infants to elders. Our clientele include those already engaged with alternative healing practices and those for whom the western medical system is their primary means of health support. Few of our services are covered by insurance, which can be cost prohibitive for some. We strive to keep our prices reasonable and make our services more accessible by offering classes and seasonal discounts.
Our clients are from different towns in the region, but most come from Lawrence, Kansas – a vibrant, diverse, and liberal (for the Midwest) College town.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
We'd like to see orange and yellow, or other colors explored.
We've seen far too many blue and green so far, and need more diverse (warm and VIBRANT) color options to choose from. Thanks :-)
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Curvilinear. Nature elements.
Vibrant! GREAT colors.
Soft lines. Nature element.
Precision of illustration. Use of human form.
Organic quality. Dynamic representation of meaning.
Sparse but evocative.
Eye catching, Curious/creative.
Simple, evocative, hand-painted appearance, edges and curves.
Like: Use of the human form. Partially enclosed in hand-painted appearing circle that feels it has symbolism...
Dislike: not anatomically correct relaxed posture. May prefer female or more gender neutral. Not quite "vibrant" or "vital" in color or design. Seems stern (vs. nurturing/ joyful)
--> This logo will be used at various sizes, from letterhead to building signage.
--> In design, we'd like to see "Vitality" stand out more than Health Collective. This way we will have the option to cut out the "Health Collective" phrase when desirable but otherwise have it there when we need it. (We call ourselves "Vitality" in conversation, but Health Collective is an important descriptor we'd like to see appear in smaller font.)
--> Our actual industry is: integrated health care / healing arts (not medical / pharmaceutical)
--> Please see attached .PDF for a additional important information about who we are and what makes us so special/ unique in the healthcare field, and in Kansas :-)
--> Also, attached are samples of logos from three of the numerous independent businesses that have aligned to launch our bricks-and-mortar collective this January.
!--> Thank you for your creative powers! <3
