Food & Drink
We specialize in brewing organic craft beer. We will sell to major retailers, bars, restaurants, sports venues, and airlines starting in the Midwest with the goal of expanding globally. Target Audience The craft beer drinker is younger and more affluent than the average US population. Over 1/3 of beer buyers have purchased a craft beer in the last 12 months with 47% of those being Millennials (25-34; 26% of US population). They are more likely to be male (71.9%) with 75% living within 10 miles of a craft brewery. The discovery of new beer is important to the craft beer drinker with 93% reporting trial a popular activity and 83% selecting the beer they drink based on the season. Craft Enthusiast: An individual that is enthusiastic about craft beer in general. Considers themselves a connoisseur and is consistently on the lookout for new craft beers to tell her/his friends about. When it comes to beer, is interested in innovation, flavor and variety. Organic Loyalist: An individual that will seek out and buy organics before all else – is concerned with their health, the environment, their decisions are made based on the quality of the ingredients, the process and the impact on the world Organic Preferred: An individual who will the seek organics and prefers them, but is sometime swayed by brand loyalty to non-organics, or is price sensitive enough to not make that decision; this can be about compromise or sacrifice (aka, likes organics, and cares, but doesn’t care ENOUGH to always choose them)
