Drink Water Love Life, brought to you by Waterelated Products
This is the online magazine - it's still being worked on, still have lots of dummy text and the layout has yet to be complete, but it's getting there!
The magazine is basically being launched as a community health awareness initiative set forth by Waterelated (http://www.waterelated.com). Through this initiative, we hope that we can help people become better educated when it comes to health issues, and inspire them to pay more attention to their fitness and personal well-being.
We also want to give small businesses and independent health professionals within the wider community a chance to contribute to give themselves more credibility and exposure online, and perhaps even get some business out of it.
We want to make it fun and trendy (the colour scheme will be altered to reflect that and the chosen logo).
Mainly people located in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, but really anyone that has access to the internet and an interest in their health and well being. We want to create a trendy-ish image to be able to get people to hype it up and also be able to identify with it so that they will comment and use the share features. We also want to gain trust and credibility from our readers, and there you have it!
You're pretty much free to use your creative chops - pretty much the only restrictions are:
Size - it needs to be able to fit in the left side of the logo bar, leaving just enough space for a small banner ad if need be
Water - have something to do with water (the magazine is being launched by Waterelated, so it has to be tied in somehow!). I've attached an image that we like, but you don't have to use it - just let it guide and inspire you!
The name - Drink Water Love Life
Things to keep in mind - we do want to include '...brought to you by Waterelated' (with the Waterelated logo) somewhere on the site, perhaps on the top with the DWLL logo, so it should be able to look somewhat co-ordinated with it (I've uploaded that image too!).
Don't let that scare you though - we're pretty open!
The winning entry must be provided to us in .eps, .psd formats.
