How danieljcowan started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
CARD (The Coalition for Alzheimer's and Related Disorders)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Coalition for Alzheimer's and Related Disorders provides educational materials, support groups, and events and encouragement to caregivers and medical professionals who are wanting answers and help, in an informational
environment with an encouraging voice, helping them feel empowered and supported.
The primary arms of CARD are:
1. A yearly symposium (speakers, fellowship, vendors)
2. Weekly/monthly support groups
3. Educational brochures and information
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Purple is the color of Alzheimer's awareness (see attached .pdf for color scheme and brand outline). I think we should have a color logo and an all white lockup. CARD primarily serves Northwestern Alabama, USA. Our previous logo included the outline of the five counties we serve. However, an alternative to that might be to include the Tennessee River, which is a local landmark and would be recognizable by our audience. (See attached photos).
