About us
Coaching Through COVID is a health coaching service provided by a network of Christian physicians and nurses wanting to help bring hope and comfort to people. We want people to know how their bodies were designed to function and the safe yet powerful natural remedies in water, food, and herbs and how they can be used to prevent and fight illness using the natural laws of health: Drinking purified, filtered water. Breathing in clean air, getting oxygen. Support/a supportive environment. Nutrition. Exercise. Sleep. Sunshine.

We’d prefer using a combination of the words, green herbs, and other aspects of health coaching (no trees please). See logomockup.jpeg for greater detail!
