VintageNetwork got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Music Website Template [Abstract, Fun contest]
Check out VintageNetwork's Logo design contest…
Open Source Music community website in need of a fresh, cool, "indie," logo.
What's your vision?
Tagline: Don't have one yet, if you think of one that's clever, give it a shot Desired Color Scheme: Nothing. Must appeal to both indie music producers and record labels. Look professional and "hip" at the same time. Desired Style: Abstract. Use your imagination...show me what you've got! Accepted File Formats: illustrator (for resizing and vectorizing), photoshop, jpg Give me your abstracts! But not too abstract. The idea is to create an image that is recognizable - like the cingular logo - but otherwise has nothing to do with the company. I love the idea of abstract logos, typically not containing the name of the website, or something cliche. The name of the website is MusiqOS, there is not design, no color scheme yet -- the color scheme will be based on the winning logo. This is going to attract both indie record labels, indie producers, and corporate record labels. I need the logo to be both cool (i.e. indie) and practical (i.e. corporate) at the same time. I apologize if you think the price tag's too low, I'm a college student looking to develop this...we don't make much money.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
