Modernize & refresh an already existing logo

"Wilfling" is the main Logo Text /// "Wirtschaftstreuhänder" and/or "Wirtschafts- und Steuerberatung GmbH" are both optional Taglines, which we believe should be better avoided, but for the sake of variety or concepting we added them here, but again, preferably we'd like to stick with just the main logo text.

As mentioned before the client simply would like to get a modernized and refreshed look of his already existing logo, ideally dropping the unnecessary taglines, or at least making them optional in the design. That means a new and fitting font for the Logo text. (Ideally Google Fonts or smth. similar that is accessible freely and can be reused both in print and web without problems or additional cost.) A new and modern take on the 3 vertical rectangular shapes/bars/blocks/dots that work well with the new logo text. A fitting choice of colors that stays in line with what's already there to smoothly transition from the old to the new without losing the connection. I know the descriptions/request are quite short, but we really just want a nice and clean modernization of the logo without unnecessary complications and therefore also don't want to overload you with a ton of useless information.
