Who are you known as?
EL TENEDOR
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a restaurant wine bar. We do modernist cuisine with Spanish (60%), french (20%), latin (20%) background and influence. We are inspired by Ferran Adria, Guy Savoy, Robuchon, The Brothers Roca, Massimo Botura, Heston Blumenthal. We offer a food experience: tasting, presentation, ambience, interaction and service. Our clientele is 40 plus, couples, wine drinkers, travellers (for sure: Barcelona spain, france, italy, switzerland), know and/or visited Michelin stars restaurants. Enjoy tasting menus and wine pairing, have disposable income. Our food aim to play with the senses, we like to serve things that looks one way and taste like other: liquid olive, artichokes bombones, watermelon sashimi...
