AJT617 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Modern and Slick New Media Logo Needed
Check out AJT617's Logo design contest…
Looking for a slick and modern logo for a new media and marketing consulting company to be located here in Boston. Clean, modern, web 2.0 looking, with some local element(s) worked in as outlined in the description. Winner should be able to provide font files, vector file, and color palette.
Greenline Media (www.greenlinemedia.com)
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Green (#006634), with silver/grey and black accent colors on a white background Desired Style: Slick, professional, simple, and modern, web 2.0 style is nice, but not too overboard with the shadows, gradients, and reflections. Nice integrations of such elements makes for a slick logo, but too much can make it look over done. As mentioned in the des Accepted File Formats: .ai, .eps Greenline Media is a new media and online marketing consultation firm. Specializing in assisting a wide range of clients in online marketing strategy, buzz marketing, web positioning, media buying, and other on and offline advertising related business. The name Greenline Media comes from our location on Boston's Green Line branch of the MBTA (subway), and ideally, a strong logo will not only have the modern and slick, web 2.0ish look and feel, but also incorporate some style reference, or imagery of the MBTA greenline trains (without using trademarked images of the MBTA of course). Photos of the trains that run on the greeline, can be seen here. Please do not use photography in this logo, I want all graphic elements to be illustrations, tracings, outlines, etc...no photographic elements. I would like to keep the color scheme fairly simple, sticking to that Green Line shade of green as the focus, with black, white, and grey/silvers as the accent colors. If you are able to work other accent colors in though, I am open to suggestion. I am planning on running this contest for a week and looking for a quick turnaround. Winner will be paid the prize promptly, and I expect the winner to deliver the TTF font files used, and a vector version and color palette for the final logo. I will check in on the contest daily, and try and offer as detailed feedback as possible, as quickly as possible. Thanks in advance to all of those that participate, and looking forward to seeing all of, and choosing one of, your designs! SEE SOME UPDATED FEEDBACK BELOW!
